How do I pay for my storage unit?
There are several options for paying for your storage unit. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. We can also set you up with Autopay using a credit/debit card (email required). We do not accept ACH payments, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle. You also have the option of paying online.
What do I do if I need to make a payment but you aren’t in the office?
There are envelopes provided for you in the black box next to the door. Please write your name, unit number, and email on the envelope. Put the envelope containing your payment through the slot in the door and we will process it when we return to the office.
How do I pay for my storage unit online?
In order to pay online you first need to create an account. On the home page, click “Pay Bill”. Click “Create Account”. Enter your email and create a password. Your unit will automatically be added to your online account if the email you entered matches the email we have on file for you. If you do not see your unit, click “Add Unit”. You will need to enter your unit number and phone number. Please give us a call at 707-923-1969 if you have any problems creating an account or paying online.
Note: Our website changed in December 2023. Unfortunately, accounts that were on our old website were not transferred over. Please create a new account. You can use the same login information.
Can I make a partial payment online?
No, you cannot make partial payments online. Please call the office at 707-923-1969 if you need to make a partial payment.
Can I pay with a credit card over the phone?
Yes, you can pay with a credit card over the phone.
Do you send invoices?
We do not send monthly invoices.
When is my payment considered late?
Rent is charged to your account on the 1st of the month. You have until the 10th to pay your balance before it is considered late. After the 10th a late fee is applied to your account.
What happens if I don’t pay?
Your payment is considered late after the 10th of the month. We will send you a late notice in the mail. If you do not pay your balance we will send you a Pre-lien notice at the beginning of the next month. You will also be locked out of the gate until your balance is paid. If you do not settle your balance by the 10th of the second month your storage unit will have a Lien placed on it, we will send you an Auction notice, and your unit will be eligible for Auction on the second Tuesday of the following month.
We know this sounds scary and we understand that life happens. Auctioning your storage unit is our last resort. We will try to call and/or email you before we auction your storage unit. Please give us a call if you are having trouble making payments and we will work something out with you.
How does moving out work?
Move-out is same day notice. Please remove your lock from the unit and notify us in person or by phone that you have moved out. Rent is prorated before the 15th of the month. After the 15th you will be expected to pay for the entire month.
When will I get my deposit back?
We do not do cash refunds. You will receive your deposit via check in the mail within 2-3 weeks of move out. Please give us a call at 707-923-1969 if you do not receive the check or you need the money sooner. You can also use your deposit to pay any remaining balance on your account.
Please be aware that failing to notify us of your move out or leaving behind trash may result in forfeiting your deposit.
